Inpatient vs Outpatient Treatment

Medical Facility

Choosing the right level of care is a critical first step. Both inpatient (residential) and outpatient programs have unique benefits depending on the severity of the addiction.

Inpatient Treatment (Residential)

Clients live at the facility 24/7. This provides a safe, substance-free environment and intensive support. It is recommended for those with severe addiction, co-occurring disorders, or an unstable home environment.

Outpatient Treatment

Clients live at home but attend therapy sessions during the day or evening. This allows you to maintain work or family commitments. It is best for those with a strong support system and mild to moderate addiction.

Supported Housing

A bridge between the two. Abbey Rose Aftercare specializes in supported housing, offering the independence of outpatient care with the safety and community of a residential setting.

An assessment with a professional is the best way to determine which path is right for you. Don't guess with your health.
